Exploring the Veda Series

The Veda is an ancient body of universal knowledge that reveals the true laws of nature. It is also the source from which we get practices such as meditation, Ayurveda and yoga. This series of six weekend long courses explores the greater currents that underlie all events and experiences. Through recorded seminars, preeminent master-teacher Thom Knoles takes us through this ancient wisdom and applies it today. ETV2 will be facilitated by Kristen Vandivier with Ayurvedic meals included.

Advanced Seminar with Advanced Technique

It seems like at this point, most everyone has heard about the benefits of meditating and has even tried it with varying degrees of success. Very few have committed practices. This is because motivating yourself to do something without really having a full understanding of what you’re doing and how it works is almost impossible. During this talk, I demystify what meditation is and exactly how it works. 

Due to Covid, I am doing private phone conversations in lieu of talks.

July 25-28 | 6:30-8pm 

In this course you will receive your mantra in a private appointment, and then in a relaxed small group environment learn all about the mechanics of how to use it properly and exactly how it works to transform your body and mind.


We'll also go over how to fit the practice into your busy life, all the benefits of meditation and what you can expect down the road.

Private Residence in Mill Valley, CA

Those who have been meditating regularly for at least one year are eligible to receive an advanced technique. This technique may involve the student learning a variation of their existing mantra, or it may involve learning an advanced method. After learning the new technique, there will be a 90 minute advanced seminar.
