Rounding Workshop - Stinson Beach

I’ll be hosting a rounding workshop with James Brown of Vedic Path Meditation and yoga instructor Liz Brent. "Rounding" is "industrial-strength meditation" involving yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation. The location will be in Stinson Beach. It will be in April, the exact date is TBA.
